This evening you have a cultural theatre show and dinner.  Spirits of the Red Sand is Australia's newest and most spectacular interactive Aboriginal live theatre show and dinner experience. Led by a Storyteller, you'll journey back from Dreamtime to Australia of the 1800s. Storytelling, song, dances, chants and traditions are all infused within this historical re-enactment. After the show, there's a hearty Australian char-grilled barbecue dinner and dessert. A highlight will be mingling with the cast during dinner.

Day 2:   You’re off to the zoo today! Take the scenic trip to Australia Zoo on the famous Sunshine Coast, home of the Crocodile Hunter. Australia Zoo is a must see holiday highlight for Australians and international visitors alike with more than 1200 animals from around the globe, daily shows and a state of the art, wildlife preservation and conservation hospital. Check out giraffe, rhinos, cheetah and zebras on the African Savannah, plus Sumatran Tigers, Bengal Tigers and red pandas in South-East Asia. Day 3:  It’s a day of adventures on Moreton Island.  Board the luxury catamaran and cruise the Brisbane River past Moreton Bay Islands and across Moreton Bay Marine Park. Spot dolphins, fish, sometimes whales, dugong and turtles. Arrive at Moreton Island's famous west coast shipwrecks (Tangalooma) and land on the west coast of Moreton Island here you will board the 4WD vehicle and drive off the ferry directly onto the Sandy Beach the world's third largest sand island. Travel with your guide by 4WD to the Desert, pass beautiful wildflowers and bird life to remote sand hills. Here your guide will take you, with equipment, to sand board the sand hills at speed, or try a gentle slope (speeds up to 65kms an hour). This area is great for walks, hikes and photography. After lunch and a brief relax, enjoy a guided snorkel tour of the Tangalooma Shipwrecks. All of the sample itineraries on this website do not include airfares as the airfare price changes daily and to ensure you get the best possible price we will work with the best airfares at the time.  If you happen to buy your airfare first and then need a package to fit it, we can certainly help with that as well, just let us know.

As an idea for a 2-week vacation to Australia or New Zealand we recommend a budget of around $8,000-10,000 (including economy airfare), this would be for a 4 star and above itinerary, a little cheaper if we did more moderate accommodations.
