Our “dream vacation” to New Zealand was everything we could have hoped for--and more. The two-week journey crisscrossing the North and South islands was a wonderful mix of adventure, fun, recreation and some of the most awesome experiences ever: hiking up glaciers, sailing on azure-blue lakes, dining under a warm sun—at 9 p.m.

Mandy did a AAA job in crafting a vacation that met our interests to a tee and accommodating our budget. And in saving the day when our passports, credit cards, vouchers, itinerary and IDs were stolen. Mandy worked the phones and e-mail non-stop to help us out, rescheduling our hotel, sightseeing and travel itineraries, and followed up with us by phone and e-mail to make sure all was OK.
