I am so sorry I have delayed my thanks to your for our wonderful trip to New Zealand.  Your planning was excellent.  Every activity was more exciting than the next. As you know we were robbed while on one of our excisions.  My passport and all my ID was taken along with my husband's camera and all our films from the South Island.  While we were recovering from this and trying to cancel credit cards and replace lost items, my Mother died.  I can not begin to thank you for all your assistance. 

While we did not need to take you up on you offer of money or making phone calls you were right there to offer help and kept in contact with us thru out the ordeal. I also appreciated your calling ahead to our lodgings and letting them know what our situation was.  We were determined to make the best of both misfortunes and with no passport I could to get home anyway.  We continued on our trip and continued to enjoy all that is New Zealand.

We may in the future plan a trip to Australia but I believe this trip was a trip of a lifetime and your expertise was much appreciated.
