Mandy, I wanted to send you a message letting you know that we had a great time in Australia.  The flight was OK.  The 2 seats were great.  Crossing the international date line and missing Mom's birthday on November 3rd was a hoot.  We were upgraded at all of the condos to 3 bedroom/3 bath.

Driving was fun and a challenge every morning when we started another adventure.  The guys would always want to get in on the US driving side instead of the right side. 

We all gained weight, saw many animals at the habitats, bell birds, fruit bats, koala and on and on.  It was great staying out of the big cities. I think the Cairns was the most populated the last night.  The road from Cairns to Port Douglas is narrow and windy.  The cane toads would not get out of the road so we hit quite a few. The beer and wine were tasty.  We tried everything - even kangaroo. 

The Great Barrier Reef was colorful.  Spent the entire time snorkeling. My father and Dwain went fishing out of Port Douglas. The people are wonderful and friendly.  Thanks so much for all of the help with the tickets, car and advise.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year - We are going back in 4 years for our 25th anniversary.
