We have just returned from a wonderful trip to NZ.  Mandy Mathis helped me plan and organize our trip (several times),  as our plans kept changing.  Each time I called to tell her our dates had changed she just said "no problem- let me check the new dates for you".  She was so helpful and patient in assisting us with our tickets, trip insurance and  the countless questions we had .  She was prompt in getting back to me and even called me from her home several times (where she was still working late at night) to respond to my inquiries.  I will definitely call her the next time we travel to NZ or Australia and I will recommend Down Under Journeys to my friends and family.  Great trip!
